Housing Development Incentive Program Implementation Assistance Sessions for Gateway Cities
DHCD will hold two assistance sessions for Gateway Cities and developers on the implementation of the Housing Development Incentive Program (HDIP), including: submission requirements for HD Zones and HD Zones Plans, establishing HDIP pricing areas, project eligibility, pricing of market rate units, and HD Tax Credits.
The first session will be held at DHCD at 100 Cambridge Street in Boston in the 2nd floor Conference Room C on Tuesday, July 10 from 10 AM to 12 noon.
The second session will be held at the Springfield Central Library at 220 State Street in Springfield on Thursday, July 12 from 10 AM to 12 noon.
