Young Professionals' Brown Bag Lunch Series: Planning for Great Neighborhoods: How to build a coalition of regional and local activists
Join us and the Massachusetts Smart Growth Alliance (MSGA) to learn how they are ramping up a network of activists and emerging leaders to organize around smart growth issues in Massachusetts. Through a combination of presentation, video, and facilitated discussion, learn how this program is enabling local activists to connect at a regional level and amplify the creation of more vibrant, walkable and welcoming places in Massachusetts.
Through an interactive exchange, our presenter will help our Young Professionals identify smart growth opportunities happening on the ground now and how we can advocate for housing, mobility, environmental, and community development priorities. Come prepared to share your professional insights, where you are located/working, and what you think you can do to help push the conversation forward on these planning issues.
All attendees will receive a free YIMBY pin!
