Since 1967, CHAPA has advocated for the local, state, and federal policies we need to ensure everyone has a safe, healthy, and affordable home in the communities they choose.

Now, CHAPA has a bold plan to cultivate a stronger housing ecosystem statewide by 2030 so that all of our people, cities, and towns can thrive. Our plan aims to create 200,000 homes — including 40,000 affordable and 20,000 deeply affordable homes — by 2030.
