Dietz & Company Architects specializes in providing architectural consulting services to non-profit development corporations, tenant groups, housing authorities and other housing groups. Our services include preliminary feasibility studies, physical needs assessments, advocacy to funding agencies, zoning assistance, conventional architectural services from schematic design through construction, construction arbitration. Housing types we have designed include special needs housing (mentally and physically handicapped), battered women's shelters, single room occupancies, housing for the elderly, housing for families and mixed use developments. We have also been involved in master planning for urban neighborhoods, including preparing an application for a HOPE IV grant, which was awarded and is in the process of being implemented. The 18 person staff of Dietz & Company Architect is committed to the provision of safe and attractive housing for all.
