Judi Barrett has 30 years of experience in planning and community development and specializes in local government services and public education. She has worked nationally on inclusionary zoning and provides comprehensive regulatory reform, zoning audits, and recodification assistance to cities and towns. Judi works extensively in affordable and fair housing policy and program development. She has written numerous housing plans, trained and provided technical assistance to city and town housing committees and housing trusts, and helped Zoning Boards of Appeal with the Chapter 40B process.
