To successfully create more affordable development, three key elements are needed: zoning that allows for affordable homes to be built, financing dollars to construct it, and the operating funds to maintain properties and get rents to levels that people with low incomes can afford.
Join us on Thursday, February 29th, 2024, for CHAPA’s in-person forum, The Road to Financing Affordable Housing in Massachusetts, at Nixon Peabody LLP's office to explore how zoning, the Affordable Homes Act, and the state budget work with local policies to create the affordable homes that people, our communities, and the Commonwealth need to thrive.
