HUD Request for Comment on AFFH State Tool - March 17, 2016

On March 11, HUD issued a draft assessment tool for states under AFFH and comments are due May 10.  The tool outlines the questions states will have to address when putting together their Assessment of Fair Housing (AFH), including questions on their QAP.  The notice can be found on HUD’s website: https://www.federalregister.gov/articles/2016/03/11/2016-05521/affirmat….
 
To further facilitate public comment on the Tool, HUD will post sample maps and tables that are intended to provide options for presenting relevant data no later than March 18, 2016 at https://www.hudexchange.info/programs/affh/ and https://www.huduser.gov/portal/affht_pt.html.
