NLIHC Posts New Estimates of 2016 National Housing Trust Fund Allocations by State

Based on the year end reports of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, the National Low Income Housing Coalition (NLIHC) estimates that a total of $186.6 million be will available for distribution to states through the National Housing Trust Fund (NHTF) in 2016.  It has posted updated estimates of the allocation each state will receive at http://nlihc.org/sites/default/files/StateAllocations_2016.pdf  It estimates that Massachusetts will receive $3.72 million in 2016.  For additional information on NHTF, click here.
