Public Hearing on the 2015 Draft Qualified Allocation Plan for the Low Income Housing Tax Credit - October 3, 2014

The Massachusetts Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) has scheduled a public hearing to solicit comments on the 2015 Draft Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) for the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC). The hearing will be held at 2:00 p.m. on October 16, 2014, in second floor conference room 2C, 100 Cambridge Street, Boston, MA, 02114. At the hearing, interested members of the public will be afforded the opportunity to present data, views or arguments orally relative to the proposed 2015 plan for allocating the low income housing tax credit in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Written comments may be submitted through October 30, 2014, by directing the same to: The Department of Housing and Community Development, Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program, 100 Cambridge Street, 3rd floor, Boston, MA 02114.

Copies of the proposed 2015 Qualified Allocation Plan will also be available for inspection at 100 Cambridge Street, 3rd floor, during regular business hours prior to the hearing.
