Draft 2016 Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) Posted; Public Hearing to be Held December 11

Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) has scheduled a public hearing for December 11, 2015, at 11:00 am to solicit comments on the 2016 draft Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) for the Low Income Housing Tax Credit. The hearing will be held on the second floor at 100 Cambridge Street, Boston, MA 02114. For security purposes, anyone interested in attending the hearing should notify Bertha Borin in advance at Bertha.borin@state.ma.us. The draft QAP for 2016 has been posted to DHCD’s website at: http://www.mass.gov/hed/docs/dhcd/hd/lihtc/2016draftqap.pdf. In addition to accepting comments at the public hearing, DHCD will accept written comments on the draft plan until January 8, 2016.
