Draft 2017 Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) Posted - November 15, 2016

The Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) has posted the draft 2017 Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) for the Low Income Housing Tax Credit. DHCD will hold a public hearing on the draft QAP on Tuesday, November 29, 2016, at 10:30 a.m. at 100 Cambridge Street, Boston, MA 02114 (second floor).  DHCD will accept oral testimony during the hearing and also will accept written testimony until December 31, 2016.
