I work with non-profit organizations in two related ways: Project Consulting. I assist in identifying potential housing and commercial real estate projects, conceiving of structuring and funding solutions, assembling an effective team of experts, obtaining resources and solving the problems with arise in the course of implementation.
Organizational Consulting. I assist community organizations in defining their objectives, assessing their strategic opportunities and changing their structure to grow or reposition themselves to take advantage of those opportunities.
