ACDC is a HUD-approved housing counseling agency. We offer home buying services through group workshops and one-on-one counseling in English and Chinese.
Our First Time Homebuyer Workshops are provided online over Saturdays and Sundays on a monthly basic. And a follow-up session will be in a week after the workshop. Complete our workshop & follow-up session and receive a certificate to become eligible for discounted mortgage products, such as MassHousing mortgages, MHP ONE mortgages, HUD mortgages, and lender first time homebuyer mortgages. The certificate is accepted statewide for first time homebuyer education.

Fees are non-refundable and due upon registration. For rescheduling, attendees must give at least 48 hours notice.
