This  date is a VIRTUAL ZOOM class.

We offer a 3 Step Hybrid Model that consists of an online class to be completed online at your own pace, attendance at one of our group classes, and a 1-1 post-class session with a housing counselor.

At each group class- you will see presentations from NHS staff, a local lender & a local real estate agent, to get additional information about local programs, and get expert answers to your home buying questions.

• Shopping for a Home
• Inspections
• Loan Closings
• Protecting your Investment
• Down Payment Assistance Programs

Please note: this class listing is part of our hybrid model- all online coursework (6-8 hrs) must be completed before attending a group ZOOM session.
