CHAPA's 57th Annual Celebration

CHAPA is excited to welcome you back in person to our 57th Annual Celebration on Wednesday, June 5th, 2024!
 
Please join us for another summer celebration as we come together to applaud our collective progress in realizing the vision of everyone having a safe, healthy, and affordable home in the community of their choice.

We heard your feedback from last year's celebration, so this year, we're replacing the formal dinner section of the program with more networking! There will be table seating available for those who need it and plenty of food stations around the ballroom to enjoy. Our speaking program, including formal remarks and the award ceremony, will remain the same. We hope this new format allows more time and space for connection, which is at the heart of what CHAPA's Annual Celebration and year-long work is about.

Register your sponsorship for our 57th Annual Celebration early on our website or pledge by emailing Sam Pereira at spereira@chapa.org. Early bird prices for all sponsorship levels will be available for pledge or payment through March 29th, 2024, with more details below. We will accept payments of pledges through the fall as needed, so commit a pledge today and save with early bird rates.

Sponsorship levels:

• Sponsor: $6,000 (10 tickets and logo recognition in the Celebration program booklet)
• Supporter: $3,500 (10 tickets and name listed in the Celebration program booklet)
• Contributor: $2,000 (5 tickets)

Individual tickets are also available. If the individual ticket price is a hardship, please contact Sam Pereira (spereira@chapa.org) to inquire about reduced admission or a complimentary ticket.

Refund Policy
We will adhere to and require guests to comply with city and state guidelines around masks, vaccination status, etc. during the event. If we are unable to hold the Annual Celebration in person due to restrictions placed by the city, state, or the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center, we will transition to a virtual event where all tickets will be honored. No refunds will be provided to those who register but do not attend the Celebration.
