America’s Rental Housing: Evolving Markets and Needs, a new report by the Joint Center for Housing Studies of Harvard University, unveiled at webinar on December 9, examines recent trends in rental housing in the U.S, including rising demand, the decline in real median renter incomes and in decline in the number of households receiving federal housing assistance and potential policy interventions.  The webinar agenda features discussion of the report findings by key housing policy makers including HUD Secretary Shaun Donovan and Treasury advisor Michael Stegman.
