Ann Silverman provides expertise in organizational development and management to non-profit organizations as well as more than 20 years of expertise working in community development, affordable housing, and nonprofit capacity building. She has a particular interest in strengthening nonprofits and assisting groups through critical transitions. She offers experience in design and restructuring of organizational capacity building programs, and in asset management training for affordable housing groups. She conducts organizational assessments and visioning sessions, and develops strategic plans with nonprofits. She advises groups on housing development, affordable housing finance, and community organizing program development. Ann has led executive search, board development and fundraising efforts for nonprofits, and has assembled teams to serve as interim management for mission-drive organizations.
