Community Square Associates (CSA) provides real estate development and affordable housing consulting services to for-profit, non-profit and municipal clients within eastern Massachusetts. We facilitate the conceptualization, funding, zoning, design, and construction of affordable housing developments for our clients, managing the entire development process or a segment of the process, as required. CSA also works directly with municipalities to assist in managing proposed affordable housing projects and future growth.
