A new housing policy research brief by researchers from Boston College and Tufts, supported by the MacArthur Foundation, looked at five aspects of housing (quality, affordability, instability, ownership and receipt of a housing subsidy) and concluded that poor quality is most closely associated with child emotional and behavioral problems.
