The Joint Center for Housing Studies of Harvard University released its annual report on the State of the Nation's Housing on June 26. As detailed in its press release, the Center has found that the housing market recovery is finally underway, but will face challenges, and that housing affordability problems continue to rise, while federal housing assistance programs are shrinking.
