Join us for the Massachusetts Homeownership Collaborative’s Train the Trainer session! This training will be dedicated to helping homeownership counselors refresh and update their skills. The training will cover the updated and expanded first-time homebuyer course curriculum as revised by members of the Massachusetts Homeownership Collaborative.  The new curriculum chapters on Purchasing a Deed Restricted Property, Fair Housing, and Estate Planning will be introduced as well.

New and experienced homebuyer counselors are invited to attend to learn more, network with other agencies, and get all your questions answered related to the Collaborative. This training will count toward an the Collaborative Seal of Approval training requirement.

This is in-person training. Registration fee: $30.00 for CHAPA members and $50.00 for non-members. Only open to the Massachusetts Homeownership Collaborative agencies.
