How can your community expand its housing opportunities and ensure affordability? Join CHAPA virtually on Thursday, September 17th, September 24th, and October 1st from 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM for our virtual Housing Summit: Tools for Increasing Housing Production in Your Community.

Our panelists will:

• Provide a basics refresher: the Subsidized Housing Inventory (SHI), understanding the role of the subsidizing agency, the Local Initiative Program (LIP), and Local Action Units (LAU)
• Explore Inclusionary Zoning: how to use smart policies to encourage production and incorporate affordability
• Review the updated menu of critical tools for production, including ADUs, state land, missing middle housing, and more
• Discuss furthering fair housing goals in a challenging climate
• Share local solutions, examples, and case studies for our continuing housing challenges
