The 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act became law in July of 2026.  This omnibus legislation represents one of the most comprehensive federal approaches to addressing housing challenges in decades.

Please join CHAPA on October 28th at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston’s Connolly Center for The Housing ROAD Ahead: 10 Policies That Could Make a Difference in Massachusetts. This forum will highlight aspects of the new law that will have the most significant impacts on Massachusetts. Housing experts will discuss how they anticipate those provisions playing out in the Commonwealth and when we should expect to see them implemented.
