ADUs… Who Will Build Them? Engaging Small Residential Contractors to Expand ADU Deployment
As Massachusetts works to accelerate the deployment and production of Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) across the state, proactive steps must be taken so that the housing production and asset-building potential of ADUs extends into underserved communities. We can do this by ensuring that contractors who are from and predominantly serve those communities can take advantage of this new construction sector business opportunity and market.
Please join LISC Massachusetts, Emerald Cities Collaborative, and CHAPA on Thursday, November 19th at Nixon Peabody LLP’s office at 53 State Street in Boston for a robust discussion focused on essential resources for smaller residential contractor businesses to play a meaningful role in the ADU production strategy.
Please arrive at 9:00 AM to check in at registration and enjoy a light breakfast. The program will begin promptly at 9:30 AM and conclude at 11:30 AM.

- Mike Chavez, AIA, Principal & Co-Founder, Social Impact Collective
