CHAPA Executive Director Brenda Clement was elected last week to serve as the Chair of the National Low Income Housing Coalition (NLIHC). Founded 40 years ago, the NLIHC is a national non-profit research and advocacy organization based in Washington D.C. The NLIHC works on a broad range of housing policy issues that affect low income people, and publishes research and analysis to illuminate America's affordable housing shortage.
